The Ballet Studio is located on Tenth (10th) Street, between Mission and Minna Streets in the center of San Francisco, and is near public transportation routes.

The studio is spacious, beautifully lit, and is professionally equipped for classes, rehearsals, performances and related events.

Studio Specifications:

Sprung floors with a linoleum dance surface.

- Professional sound system with CD and iTunes playback, as well as connections for iPods

and playback of MP3 CDs.

- Upright Piano.

- TV Monitor on a rolling stand with VHS / DVD playback.

Locker Rooms:

Studio has a changing room with a storage area for personal items (for storage during class time only).

There is a women's and a men's bathroom.

Rental Rates and Policies:

The rental rate is a very modest $25 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Payment for the arranged time slot must be made in full in advance to secure the reservation, and must be payable in cash or certified check, unless other arrangement is made in advance.

Studio rentals are non-refundable, and may only be re-scheduled with a seven (7) day advance notice and based on availability.
