To enroll in a children's class during the Fall, Winter, or Spring sessions at the Ballet Studio, please print and complete our Children's Academic Year Enrollment Form.

To enroll in a children's summer session at the Ballet Studio, please print and complete our Children's Summer Enrollment Form.

Please bring the completed form and initial tuition payment for the course you've selected to your first class.
