rental rates and policies
The rental rate has a 2 hour minimum.
Studio rentals are non-refundable, and may only be re-scheduled with a seven (7) day advance notice and if alternate times are still available. Studio rental is based on availability and is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment for the arranged time slot must be made in full in advance to secure the reservation, and must be payable in cash or certified check, unless other arrangement is made in advance.
